Located within the stunning 200-acre Syon Park Estate, Snakes and Ladders Brentford is easily accessible, with Syon Lane rail station only a mile away. There’s plentiful and free parking too so it’s just as easy to reach us by car!

As well as the huge three tiered play frame, under 5’s zone, pretend play area and electric motorbikes, you can let your little adventurers loose in our outdoor play area where you’ll find our bouncing pillow, zipwire, football pitch and even a pirate ship! Early closing on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve 4pm. Open 11:45am on New Year’s Day Closed Christmas Day & Boxing Day.

We welcome children aged 12 and under. We suggest allowing one adult for every 5 children. Please remember to wear socks!

We reserve the right to cancel play sessions and re-schedule bookings if the weather conditions result in limited demand.

Disco Party

Get on your dancing shoes and hit the chequered dance floor for disco fun! Have you made a party playlist? Connect via cable to play your own music and dance your heart out! Minimum capacity of 10, maximum capacity of 16 children.

Submarine Room

Up periscope! Perfect for mini mariners our submarine room is complete with portholes where you can see fish and turtles swim by! Minimum capacity of 10, maximum capacity of 26 children.

Glamour Room

Your party guests will feel like real VIPs in our princess pink Glamour Room complete with glittering chandelier, bar stools and tables. Minimum capacity of 10, maximum capacity of 16 children.

Circus Room

Roll up roll up! Enter the Syon Park Circus. Our brightly coloured circus themed room will really add a splash of drama to your party. Minimum capacity of 10, maximum capacity of 16 children.

Space Room

3, 2, 1… blast off into space and into our themed party room where a galaxy of stars and planets await your party guests! Minimum capacity of 10, maximum capacity 16.

Disco & Glamour Room

Your guests will feel like royalty on entering our Glamour VIP suite and adjoining discotheque. The Glamour VIP suite features cocktail stools, mirrors celebrity photographs and a pink chandelier. Connect via cable to play your own music to get those disco toes tapping! Minimum capacity of 20, recommended capacity 32.

Food & Drink

At Snakes & Ladders, we provide a comfortable seating area and our Cafe serves a range of delicious hot and cold food and drinks for all to enjoy. Our centre’s have free WiFi so grown-ups can relax with a tasty treat, warming coffee or refreshing cold drink. Our menu includes; pasta dishes, salads, sides and a range of sandwiches among other tempting bites including children’s meals.

Those looking for sweet treats won’t be disappointed, but this is balanced with a choice of healthy options.

We recommend booking online as an additional charge of £1 per person applies to ‘walk-in’ bookings made on the door during peak sessions. We are only able to accept on the door bookings if the session is available and capacity allows. Booking online, in advance, guarantees your space so there are no disappointed children!

Enjoy lower prices most term time weekdays when we are quieter. Peak prices apply during weekends, school holidays, bank holidays, inset days and festivals. Those visiting with children under 12 months of age will be charged the adult rate. Electric bikes £1.20.
