Open 7 days a week with the following 2 Hour Sessions Per Day:
Off Peak Sessions (Term Time)
Mondays: 9:30-11:30, 11:45-13:45, 14:00-16:00, 16:15-18:15
Tuesdays: 9:30-11:30, 11:45-13:45, 16:15-18:15
Wednesdays: 9:30-11:30, 11:45-13:45, (SEN Session Only 16:15-18:15*)
Thursdays & Fridays: 9:30-11:30, 11:45-13:45, 14:00-16:00, 16:15-18:15
Peak Sessions
Weekends & School Holidays (Daily): 9:30-11:30, 11:45-13:45, 14:00-16:00, 16:15-18:15
*SEN session only on Wednesdays during term time (we may occasionally offer sessions during school holidays. Please check availability via our booking system)
Early closing on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve 4pm. Open 11:45am on New Year’s Day Closed Christmas Day & Boxing Day.
We welcome children aged 12 and under. We suggest allowing one adult for every 5 children. Please remember to wear socks!
We reserve the right to cancel play sessions and re-schedule bookings if the weather conditions result in limited demand.

Our Prices
We recommend booking online as an additional charge of £1 per person applies to ‘walk-in’ bookings made on the door during peak sessions. We are only able to accept on the door bookings if the session is available and capacity allows. Booking online, in advance, guarantees your space so there are no disappointed children!
Enjoy lower prices most term time weekdays when we are quieter. Peak prices apply during weekends, school holidays, bank holidays, inset days and festivals. Those visiting with children under 12 months of age will be charged the adult rate. Electric bikes £1.20.

Our Concessions
Disabled Concessions
There is a free admission for a carer of children or adults who are registered disabled. The advertised child/adult admission charge (according to site) applies to the customer who is being accompanied by a carer.
Customers who are eligible for our concessionary free carer admission can now have their Snakes and Ladders account set up to be able to book their free carer ticket online! When you’re ready to book your next play session, please email your local centre as usual, along with a photo/scan of the diagnosis or DLA letter (if not already provided), your child’s forename, surname and date of birth. Our team will update your account for you to manage your future bookings online.
Disabled parking is available on all of our sites (adjacent to our premises in Syon Park).

Discount Cards
In addition, Snakes & Ladders offers concessionary pricing under the MAX card, Defence Discount Service and Blue Light schemes. One free adult entry with a full paying child, per cardholder. Please visit the relevant scheme’s website for information on how to book, using your discount card.
